Service Terms & Conditions of Jourindo

Welcome to Jourindo.com, the official website of PT Desawarnana Jaya Wisata.
By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking
Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or official social media channels.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.
Jourindo reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings with incomplete or invalid information, or unpaid transactions.


2. Payment

Payments must be made according to the agreed rates.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash to our authorized drivers.
For certain bookings, a down payment (DP) may be required.
Cancellations after confirmation may incur a cancellation fee as per our policy.


3. Use of Service

Vehicles may only be used for agreed purposes (tour, transfer, business trip, etc.).
Customers are strictly prohibited from using the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or high-risk purposes.
Passengers must follow the driver’s safety instructions during the trip.

4. Delays & Schedule Changes
Schedule changes must be informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
Customer delays of more than 1 hour may result in additional charges.

5. Damage & Loss
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
In case of damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence, repair costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the trip → no charge.
Cancellation within 24 hours → 50% charge of total booking cost.
No-show without prior notice → 100% charge.

7. Limitation of Liability
Jourindo strives to provide the best service possible but shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, natural disasters, etc.).
Jourindo reserves the right to replace a vehicle with an equivalent unit in case of technical issues.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through applicable legal procedures in Indonesia.
